Are The Ad Listings for the state of West Virginia only?

Ad listings will primarily be from our Mountain State, however, for the convenience to our border cities and tri-state areas, we have included a footprint in Kentucky, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Maryland. So, you will see ad listings from West Virginia and surrounding states.

I Forgot My Password - How Can I Reset It?

On the Login Page, there is a link at the bottom of the page that says "Forgot your password?" Click on that link and follow the prompts on the next screen to reset your password.

How Do I Place An Ad?

It is very easy to place an ad listing on WV Car Trader. Simply register to create an account by clicking on the Register link in the top left-hand corner of every page. For individuals, select the "Private Seller" option or you can login with your Facebook account for easy convenience. Once your account is fully setup, and once you login, you will be able to place ads on our website in seconds.

How Can a Dealership Place An Ad?

We offer Dealer Memberships for new and pre-owned vehicle dealerships. Whether you are a small business with just a handful of vehicles or a larger dealership with hundreds of vehicles on your lot, we have you covered!

You can Register as a Dealer yourself or you can ask us to help setup your account. Once your account has been setup and you have purchased a plan, you will have the option to manually upload your vehicles to our site or we can setup a feed file from your data provider so your vehicle listings can be imported into our database for easy convenience.

What Other Digital Advertising Options Are Available Besides Listing Vehicles For Sale?

WV Car Trader currently offers display banner ads that gives your business exposure sitewide. We are working to launch other digital options in the future like email marketing, so stay tuned.

How Do I Reach Technical Support?

You can reach out to our Technical Support Team by submitting a form online from our Contact Us page. Once your form has been submitted, we will get back to you by end of the next business day.

Privacy

I don't want my name, phone number or email address to appear on your site. What should I do?

To hide all of your personal information when creating a listing, just do the following:

1. Answer "NO" to the question "Include Profile with Listing."

2. Do not enter your street address or phone number on the listing

This will keep all of your personal information private.

Someone interested in your listing will be able to contact you via anonymous email using the "Contact Advertiser" link on our site. The email address you enter for a listing is NOT shown on our site - it is used by the site to route anonymous contact requests to your email without making your email address visible to others.

If all my information is private how can a buyer contact me?

When your ad listing appears, instead of showing your contact information, the following appears: "This seller has chosen to remain private. You may contact this seller via anonymous email by clicking here." The prospective buyer completes an online form and the system sends you an email without revealing your information to the prospective buyer.
